You are informed of the addition of your data to the information systems kept by the data processor: ARMANDO ÁLVAREZ, S.A.

The purposes for which we process your data are internal use, offers, commercial processing, sending communications and managing the questions and requests for information that you may send us.

Processing of your data is justified as it is required:

 	- To fill out the contact and/or newsletter subscription that the interested party may request.
 	- In legitimate interest for direct marketing and in cases where the agent may be the injured party and it were necessary in order to process and notify third parties of the data of the user, to ensure observance of regulations and defence of the interest of the data processor.
 	- Your unequivocal consent is given by accepting the clauses enabled on the forms of this website.

In compliance with personal data protection regulations, we process the information that you provide us on the forms enabled on this website for internal use, to perform operations pertaining to the requests you make to manage your access, to send you newsletters and publicity related to the products and services of the Armando Álvarez Group through the contact information provided by the interested party, and to invite you to events organised by the group. The data provided will be kept in accordance with the conservation timeframes established by current regulations, as well as the timeframes legally or contractually established for the implementation or prescription of any liability action due to breach of contract by the interested party or by the Organisation. In any case, when the relationship is finalised, the data of the interested party will be duly blocked, pursuant to current data protection regulations. The data will not be conveyed to third parties, except in those cases where it is justified or where there is a legal obligation.

Data may be legitimately notified to entities related to the data processor to provide services linked to the object of their processing (online marketing companies, commercial agencies and companies within the Armando Álvarez Group), as well as to public entities within the scope of their competences, by legal obligation.

If you believe that the exercise of your rights has not been entirely satisfactory, you may file a claim with the national supervisory authority by contacting the Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan, 6 - 28001 Madrid.
